What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is a 3/4 mile long enchanted night walk through the trail that guides visitors on a journey where nature is brought to light with sights, sounds and digital art. Discover the diverse realms of the natural world, with five unique outdoor installations that connect you with the natural world on a whole new level.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be parking at the venue. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance on the ticketing page and onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 1 hour before the ticketed session. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
About access to the event
Who is required to complete a liability waiver?
All guests are required to complete a Liability Waiver upon arriving on site. Children under 18 years of age must be added to their parent's or legal guardian's waiver.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at Light Cycles, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Light Cycles St. Louis takes place within the Brookdale Farms in areas with bumpy, dirt pathways that are narrow or uneven in many places. It is therefore not recommended and not easily accessible for those who require mobility equipment or special assistance.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them with us on social media @lightcycles.experience. Please avoid disturbing other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience, though the event route is on a gravel path and strollers are not recommended.
