About the experience

What can I expect from the event?

Light Cycles is a 3/4 mile long enchanted night walk through the trail that guides visitors on a journey where nature is brought to light with sights, sounds and digital art. Discover the diverse realms of the natural world, with five unique outdoor installations that connect you with the natural world on a whole new level. This is an invitation to activate your senses. Get ready to see, hear, and become one with nature. In addition, there will be areas to enjoy our food and beverage offering, and purchase exclusive Light Cycles merchandise.

Where is the experience located?

Brookdale Farms ; 8004 Twin River Rd, Eureka, MO 63025

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there will be parking at the venue. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance on the ticketing page and onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note we do not accept cash.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there Virtual Reality?

This experience does not have virtual reality.

Is there a dress code?

The event takes place at an outdoor venue where the ground and pathways are narrow or uneven in some places. As such, we strongly recommend you are outfitted for light outdoor activity.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

On the Fever website.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstance. You can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Do you offer press passes?

If you would like a press pass, please email press@feverup.com.

About access to the event

Who is required to complete a liability waiver?

All guests are required to complete a Liability Waiver upon arriving on site. Children under 18 years of age must be added to their parent’s or legal guardian’s waiver. Please show a confirmation email of completion at time of arrival.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue accessible?

Light Cycles St. Louis takes place within the Brookdale Farms in areas with bumpy, dirt pathways that are narrow or uneven in many places. It is therefore not recommended and not easily accessible for those who require mobility equipment or special assistance. Limited sessions are available for guests who may require special assistance to travel the path. If you have questions about other types of accessibility, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Please contact us if you are in need of any assistance or accommodations.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event will include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for assistance.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them with us on social media @lightcycles.experience. Please avoid disturbing other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.

Is a coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to this experience, though the event route is on a gravel path and strollers are not recommended.

Will there be an audio guide?

This experience does not include an audio guide.
