What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is a one-kilometer enchanted nighttime walk along an illuminated trail in Santiago’s Metropolitan Park. This experience immerses visitors in a journey where nature comes to life through lights, sounds, and digital art. Discover different natural landscapes with five unique outdoor installations that will connect you with nature in a completely new way. It’s an invitation to activate your senses—get ready to see, hear, and feel nature like never before. Additionally, there will be areas to enjoy our food and beverage offerings, as well as the opportunity to purchase exclusive Light Cycles merchandise.

Santiago Metropolitan Park, Chile.
Is it an indoor or outdoor event?
This experience takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the weather. If the event cannot proceed due to severe weather conditions, we will notify you via email to the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, please check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors typically spend around 60 minutes going through the experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks will be available, including vegan and gluten-free options. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Will parking be available?
Yes, on-site parking will be available. We recommend purchasing your parking pass in advance through the ticket purchase page, as spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only electronic payments will be accepted.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event includes various lighting effects, some of which may flash or be strobe-like.
Are there sound considerations for people with sensory sensitivities?
We want everyone to enjoy this experience. However, some sections include speakers with loud sounds, which may be overwhelming for individuals with sensory sensitivities, including those with autism. If this applies to you, we recommend bringing ear protection or noise-reducing accessories.
Will there be additional show dates?

Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
No, this experience does not include Virtual Reality.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Through the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
A box office will be available at the venue, but tickets may sell out before the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free through the Fever App by selecting the \"Transfer tickets\" option.
What is a flex ticket?
Flex tickets allow you to attend at any time during the available event hours and days. Simply show your flex ticket at the entrance to gain entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's not necessary. You can find your ticket in the \"Tickets\" section of the Fever App or in the confirmation email, which includes a QR code.
I can’t find my ticket—what should I do?
Check the \"Tickets\" section in the Fever App. If you still can’t find it, ensure you are logged in with the same account used for the purchase. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us.
Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 2 hours before the event, subject to availability. To change your ticket, please contact us and include your purchase ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more details, please check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group reservation?

Do you offer press passes?

Do I need to arrive exactly at my ticket time?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket. However, you may enter up to 15 minutes after your assigned time.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, our team will try to accommodate you in the next available time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Light Cycles is wheelchair accessible, but please note that the terrain may be uneven or muddy in some areas. Accessible pathways and adapted restrooms are available on-site.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed at Light Cycles. However, service dogs with proper certification are permitted.
What items are prohibited?
For everyone's safety, the following items are
not allowed:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Glass containers
- Outside food or drinks
- Large backpacks
- Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters
- Drones or laser pointers
- Vaping devices or cigarettes
- Chairs (except those required for medical reasons)
Backpacks and bags will be subject to inspection upon entry.
Do you offer companion tickets for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, guests who require assistance may request a free companion pass at the entrance by presenting valid documentation.
Is the experience accessible for individuals with visual or hearing impairments?
Light Cycles features visual installations combined with sound, allowing individuals with visual or hearing impairments to still enjoy the experience.
Will there be seating available?
This is a walking experience, but there will be some areas with seating for resting.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, restrooms will be available on-site.
Can I take photos or record videos?
Yes! You are welcome to take photos and share them on social media. However, please be mindful not to disrupt the experience for others. The use of tripods and professional equipment is not allowed. Tag us at @lightcycles.experience and use the hashtag #LightCycles!

Is there a lost and found area?

No, we do not offer a coat check service.
Is there an age limit for attending?
Light Cycles is suitable for all ages. The trail is stroller-accessible, though the terrain may be uneven. Children under 4 years old enter for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
