What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is a one-kilometer enchanted nighttime walk along an illuminated trail in Santiago's Metropolitan Park. This experience immerses visitors in a journey where nature comes to life through lights, sounds, and digital art. Discover different natural landscapes with five unique outdoor installations that will connect you with nature in a completely new way.
Where does the experience take place, and how can I get there?
The experience takes place at Parque Metropolitano de Santiago, Chile. By car: You can access the event through Sector Estacionamiento Carlos Casanueva. On foot: The best access point is Carlos Casanueva with Avenida El Cerro. By public transportation: The closest subway station is Metro Pedro de Valdivia (Line 1).
Is it an indoor or outdoor event?
This experience takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the weather. If the event cannot proceed due to severe weather conditions, we will notify you via email.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors typically spend around 60 minutes going through the experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks will be available, including vegan and gluten-free options. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Will parking be available?
Yes, parking will be available on-site. It is recommended to purchase your parking pass in advance through the ticket purchase page, as spaces are limited.
ABOUT TICKETS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Through the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
A box office will be available at the venue, but tickets may sell out before the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free through the Fever App by selecting the "Transfer tickets" option.
What is a flex ticket?
Flex tickets allow you to attend at any time during the available event hours and days. Simply show your flex ticket at the entrance to gain entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's not necessary. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App or in the confirmation email, which includes a QR code.
Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
ABOUT EVENT ACCESS
Do I need to arrive exactly at my ticket time?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket. However, you may enter up to 15 minutes after your assigned time.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, our team will try to accommodate you in the next available time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Parts of the experience include uneven terrain, steep slopes, and areas that may become muddy. As such, the trail may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed at Light Cycles. However, service dogs with proper certification are permitted.
Can I take photos or record videos?
Yes! You are welcome to take photos and share them on social media. However, the use of tripods and professional equipment is not allowed.
Is there an age limit for attending?
Light Cycles is suitable for all ages. Children under 4 years old enter for free.
