What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is an immersive nighttime trail that transforms Parc de la Villette at dusk. Combining light, music, and digital art, the park is revealed in a whole new glow. Experience La Villette differently as you wander through five artistic installations suitable for all ages. These unique light artworks transform the landscape and offer a fresh way to connect with nature. There is also a welcome area, free and open to everyone (no tickets required), where you can enjoy our food and drinks offerings, live music, and discover exclusive Light Cycles products.
Where does the experience take place, and how can I get there?
At Parc de La Villette, near Folie N6 (Folie des Fêtes) in the northeast of the Grande Halle.
Is it an indoor or outdoor event?
This experience takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing accordingly. If the event cannot take place due to bad weather, we will notify you via the email linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors typically spend around 60 minutes walking through the experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks will be available on site. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Will parking be available?
We do not provide parking for the experience, but public parking is available at La Villette and the Vill’Up shopping center nearby.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event includes various lighting effects, some of which may flash or be strobe-like.
Are there sound considerations for people with sensory sensitivities?
We want everyone to enjoy this experience. However, some sections include speakers with loud sounds, which may be overwhelming for individuals with sensory sensitivities, including those with autism. If this applies to you, we recommend bringing ear protection or noise-reducing accessories.
Will there be additional show dates?

Does the experience include Virtual Reality?

Where can I purchase tickets?
Through the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
A box office will be available at the venue, but tickets may sell out before the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free through the Fever App by selecting the \"Transfer tickets\" option.
What is a flex ticket?
Flex tickets allow you to attend at any time during the available event hours and days. Simply show your flex ticket at the entrance to gain entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's not necessary. You can find your ticket in the \"Tickets\" section of the Fever App or in the confirmation email, which includes a QR code.
I can’t find my ticket—what should I do?
Check the \"Tickets\" section in the Fever App. If you still can’t find it, ensure you are logged in with the same account used for the purchase. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us.
Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. To change your ticket, please contact us and include your purchase ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more details, please check our Terms & Conditions.

ABOUT EVENT ACCESS
Do I need to arrive exactly at my ticket time?
It is recommended to arrive at your ticketed time. You can enter Light Cycles up to 15 minutes after your assigned time. A free welcome area is accessible even without a ticket, featuring food, restrooms, a shop, and live music. Early arrivals can spend time there until their entry time. You may also return at the end of the trail to enjoy these services.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, our team will try to accommodate you at the next available time, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Light Cycles is wheelchair accessible, though some areas may be uneven or muddy. Accessible paths and restrooms are available.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed at Light Cycles. However, service dogs with proper certification are permitted.
What items are prohibited?
For everyone's safety, the following items are
not allowed:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Glass containers
- Outside food or drinks
- Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters
- Drones or laser pointers
- Chairs (except those required for medical reasons)
Backpacks and bags will be subject to inspection upon entry.
Do you offer companion tickets for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, people requiring assistance can request a free pass for their companion at the entrance.
Is the experience accessible for individuals with visual or hearing impairments?
Light Cycles features visual installations combined with sound, allowing individuals with visual or hearing impairments to still enjoy the experience.
Will there be seating available?
This is a walking experience, but there will be some areas with seating for resting.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, restrooms will be available on-site.
Can I take photos or record videos?
Yes! You are welcome to take photos and share them on social media. However, please be mindful not to disrupt the experience for others. The use of tripods and professional equipment is not allowed. Tag us at @lightcycles.experience and use the hashtag #LightCycles!
Can I be an influencer for Light Cycles?
Is there a lost and found area?
If you lose something, please ask a staff member on-site. If you need further assistance after the event, contact us.
Is there a coat check?
No, we do not offer a coat check service.
Is there an age limit for attending?
Light Cycles is suitable for all ages. The trail is stroller-accessible, though the terrain may be uneven. Children under 4 years old enter for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
