What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is a one-kilometer immersive nighttime experience along an illuminated trail at Parque Rosario Castellanos in Bosque de Chapultepec within the Second Section. This experience immerses visitors in a journey where nature comes to life through lights, sounds, and digital art. Discover different natural landscapes with five unique multisensory outdoor installations that will connect you with nature like never before.
At the end of the route, you will find areas to enjoy a special gastronomic offer and the possibility of purchasing exclusive Light Cycles products.
Where does the experience take place, and how can I get there?
Light Cycles will be at Parque Rosario Castellanos, Second Section. Entrance to the experience will be via the Jardín Escénico through the Calzada Flotante.
Is it an indoor or outdoor event?
This experience takes place outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the weather. If the event cannot proceed due to severe weather conditions, we will notify you via email to the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, please check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors typically spend around 60 minutes going through the experience.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Yes, food and drinks will be available, including vegan and gluten-free options. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event includes various lighting effects, some of which may flash or be strobe-like.
Does the experience include Virtual Reality?
No, this experience does not include Virtual Reality.
ABOUT TICKETS
Where can I purchase tickets?
Through the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
A box office will be available at the venue, but tickets may sell out before the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free through the Fever App by selecting the "Transfer tickets" option.
What is a flex ticket?
Flex tickets allow you to attend at any time during the available event hours and days. Simply show your flex ticket at the entrance to gain entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, it's not necessary. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App or in the confirmation email, which includes a QR code.
Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more details, please check our Terms & Conditions.

ABOUT EVENT ACCESS
Do I need to arrive exactly at my ticket time?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket. However, you may enter up to 15 minutes after your assigned time.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, our team will try to accommodate you in the next available time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Parts of the experience include uneven terrain, steep slopes, and areas that may become muddy in wet conditions. As such, the trail may be challenging or inaccessible for guests with limited mobility or those using wheelchairs.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed at Light Cycles. However, service dogs with proper certification are permitted.
Can I take photos or record videos?
Yes! You are welcome to take photos and share them on social media. However, please be mindful not to disrupt the experience for others. The use of tripods and professional equipment is not allowed. Tag us at @lightcycles.experience and use the hashtag #LightCycles!
Is there an age limit for attending?
Light Cycles is suitable for all ages. The trail is stroller-accessible, though the terrain may be uneven. Children under 4 years old enter for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide.
