What can I expect from the event?
Light Cycles is a one kilometer long enchanted night walk through the lake path that guides visitors on a journey where nature is brought to light with sights, sounds and digital art. Discover the diverse realms of the natural world, with five unique outdoor installations that connect you with the natural world on a whole new level. This is an invitation to activate your senses. Get ready to see, hear, and become one with nature. In addition there will be areas to enjoy our food and beverage offering, and purchase exclusive Light Cycles merchandise.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors, please dress accordingly. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We are happy to inform you that we will cater for vegan and gluten-free options! Outside food & beverage is not permitted on the premises.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance on the ticketing page and onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note we do not accept cash.
Will there be strobe lights?
The event contains many strong lighting effects, of which some may flicker or strobe.
Are there any noise considerations for guests with sensory sensitivities?
We strive to make our events enjoyable for everyone. Please be aware that some segments feature loudspeakers and higher noise levels, which may be overwhelming for guests with sensory sensitivities, including those with autism. While many guests find the lights and visuals enjoyable, we recommend bringing ear defenders or other noise-reducing accessories for those who may be sensitive to the noise. We aim to provide this information in advance to help you prepare for a comfortable experience.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as
easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

What is a flex ticket?
Flex tickets allow you to attend any timeslot on any of the days and times we are open. Please check the ticket booking page to see when we are open. Show your flex ticket at the entrance to be admitted.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app
(you can download it from the Apple
Apple
Store or
Google
Play).
Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make
the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 2 hours before the booked session. If you would like to make the change, subject to availability, please
contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please

Do you offer press passes?
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Light Cycles, however we do allow service dogs if they have the suitable certificate.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Light Cycles is wheelchair accessible, though please note that the ground can be uneven and may become muddy, particularly in certain areas. We offer an access path that leads to part of the track, which is uphill. Additionally, we have disabled-accessible toilets available on-site. If you have any specific accessibility requirements or need further information about access, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The experience has a combination of visual light installations paired with sound. We can confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will still be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Don’t forget to share your best photos on social media and tag us @LightCycles and use #LightCyclesUK

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers, however please note it is an outdoor trail therefore the ground can be uneven. Children aged 4 and under do not require a ticket.
Will there be an audio guide?
